I am a Postpartum Doula helping parents settle into life with their babies. Whether you are adopting or giving birth, I can offer you years of experience and the extra pair of hands that can make your adjustment smoother.

I offer you supportive guidance in calming, breastfeeding, and bathing, even the scary nail cutting, for your baby. I’ll make sure you’re eating well and the house looks neat if needed.

With so much information from hospitals, doctors, nurses, midwives, baby stores, family and friends, it is often difficult to decide who to listen to or what you believe.

I provide parents a supportive environment in which to begin parenting in the way that is best for their distinct family situation.

Every family’s needs are unique, some know they want help waiting for them at their homecoming; others won’t feel the need until they hit week 2 or 4.

Whether you have family help or not, need a one time consultation, or daily help for several weeks, I should be able to accommodate your schedule.

My hourly fee is $40 min. 3hrs
